The timezone this event runs in. Player-facing times, like the Head-to-Head check-in time, are shown to everyone in this zone and in 12-hour format, so attendees see the same clock time as the booth regardless of their phone's timezone.
Set the competition start and end times in the selected city time. Leave empty for no restriction.
For multi-day events: each day at the chosen time the current leader is recorded as that day's winner and the scoreboard resets so the next day starts fresh. Times are in the event timezone (—). Head-to-head is unaffected: players can always come back for the live rounds.

Emails every raffle winner from the active sender (set under Event → Email Reminders), one at a time, with the Public sensitivity label.
Hides a decoy answer in some assistant replies, drawn in the exact colour of the message background so nobody reading the screen can see it. Copy a reply into an AI and the decoy travels with it invisibly, so submitting it can only mean the reply was machine-read. That player is flagged and takes the wrong-answer penalty. Screen readers skip the decoy, and a flag is a review signal, never an automatic disqualification.

Optional schedule for when normal player registration opens and closes. Off by default. While it is off, registration stays open regardless of the times below, so a leftover date can never lock players out. Existing players can always log in, and magic links bypass the window either way.
Lock registration to prevent new players from signing up. Existing players can still log in and play.
Set a maximum number of player registrations. Leave empty for unlimited.
Generate a registration link with a limited number of uses. Redeemed users can play outside the normal registration and game window.

When enabled, players who complete AI Guard are prompted to request a meeting. Disable to hide the meeting prompt.
Optional override for the chat message shown after AI Guard completion. Leave blank to use the active locale text. Use {link} where the unique meeting URL should appear.
Mailboxes are connected per event: what you connect here sends only for this event. Anyone on the team can click Connect email, sign in with their own Trend account and approve, and the game can then send as them. Pick the active sender. All reminder and winner emails go out from it one recipient at a time (no BCC), each stamped with the sensitivity label below.
Checking…
Scheduled emails to current-game participants, sent from the active sender above, one recipient at a time, each stamped with the Public sensitivity label. Enable a type, pick when it sends, and edit the text. Send now sends immediately, ignoring the schedule.
QR-enrolled players get a locked competition model that opens for everyone when Play is pressed.
Each model has its own success phrase, and the field above follows the model selected here. Players win as soon as the model reveals it; typing it into the answer box still works too.
Run multiple head-to-head rounds across several days, each with its own opponent. Each session arms itself automatically 5 minutes before its start time (the scoreboard switches over then), and a Play button appears on that session's row, so with several scheduled you always start the right one. Play unlocks at the scheduled time. Times are in the event timezone (—). Every winner is recorded below.
| Date | Model | Winner | Time | Result |

Used when running a single ad-hoc round instead of the schedule above. The scheduler overwrites this when it arms a session.

Email all current registered participants a reminder at a set time (e.g. just before Head-to-Head starts). Sent once, one recipient at a time, from the active sender (Event Setup → Integrations).
Generate a branded TrendAI QR code as the top-right scoreboard image. It points at the selected event's game, so switching events switches the code. When enabled, it replaces any uploaded top image.
Upload a PowerPoint deck and rotate the public display between one slide and the live scoreboard. Head-to-Head automatically takes over when active.

Upload images for the scoreboard display. When images are set, the leaderboard shifts left and images appear on the right. Remove both to center the leaderboard. You can also add text that appears above each image.
Demo Competition Mode moves one selected model onto a separate password-gated prize track.
